There are three situations where we accept returns.
1) Don’t like it.
If for any reason you decide you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange for 14 days after you receive your package. There is a 20% restocking fee we must charge (the original manufacturers charge it, so we must do the same).
2) It Doesn’t work!
When an item stops working, it is covered under one of our factory warranties which range from 90 days to a full year. If the item stops working during the initial 14 days after receiving the package, you can return it all together, otherwise we’ll gladly repair it or replace it with a working item. There is no restocking fee for products that do not work.
3) I need something better…
If you want to upgrade an item for something that costs more, we’ll swap it out for a better product at a higher cost for up to 30 days after your original purchase. Contact us to work out the details.
When can we not accept a return…
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for damaged items or opened software. We also cannot accept returns on live GPS trackers or counter surveillance items such as RF detectors, white noise generators, etc.
We also require you to contact us to arrange a return, we will need to give you an RMA number to include with the item. Returns sent back to us without an RMA number cannot be accepted by our receiving department. For the details, click here.
