For your convenience we do accept returns on most hardware items. If an item has not met your expectations, you may return it within 14 days of receipt of your order for a refund. Any return is subject up to a 20% restocking fee including our original shipping costs (regardless if free shipping was offered). This policy is necessary to cover our costs shipping an item back to the manufacturer and the cost to bring an item to refurbished status. If you have any questions regarding compatibility, functionality, or limitations of any item, please ask us prior to your purchase. Each individual listing will be specific to how we classify the item and the return policy for that particular item.
Please obtain an RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization) from us before sending any item back for return. Any package sent without an RMA will be rejected at our warehouse.
Software items will only be accepted for return if unopened with tamper seal intact. Activated live GPS Trackers are not accepted for returns.
Due to the nature of counter-surveillance products such as: RF detectors, GPS detectors, and white noise generators, we will only accept for return if item is unopened with tamper seal completely intact.

We ship within 1 business day on almost all orders. Exceptions will be made on the listing. We offer free domestic economy shipping on most listings. We use Fedex, UPS, and USPS as our shipping partners.

We ship all International Orders USPS International Priority. All international packages are subject to customs inspections and may be delayed several days. All customs fees are the customer’s responsibility, packages refused will be charged the return postage. All international orders are shipped showing actual value for customs. By law we cannot change or lower the amount. We ship to the address you provide. Please check the information you enter for accuracy. This may cause a delay in shipping or an extra charge.
In the unlikely event you receive a defective item we will replace it at our cost. You must contact us within 3 days of receiving a defective item. If you choose to return a defective item instead of receiving a replacement all restocking fees still apply. Please understand it is in the nature of buying electronics defective items are possible, but very unlikely. We provide free technical support on all of our items. This may be done in house by us or we may provide you with a phone number for a manufacturer or supplier for the item. Please be sure to have the item with you when you call for support so we can troubleshoot the device. Please have your order information ready so we can expedite your call.
All items are covered by our 90 day warranty. Most items have a one year warranty. Please see individual listing for warranty specifics. Please contact us for details on any item. You are responsible for any shipping charges to return the item to us. Please provide previous notification of missing items before returning the item is required. Merchandise that is returned with missing items or damaged items will be returned exactly as received the missing items will not be replaced. Any outward signs of abuse or neglect will terminate the warranty and the item will be returned to the customer. We will repair or replace the item at our discretion. If the item is no longer available we will replace it with an equal or greater value similar item
